Hi John, thanks for your comment. I'm happy you like the anchovy pasta recipes. We love using anchovies. My Sicilian husband puts them in so many dishes, not just pasta! I agree the pasta ith Romanesco is really very good!

Hi Lily, thanks for your question. You can definitely use no boil lasagna just ensure your sauce is a quite liquid because the pasta will cook in it. Dp let me know how it turns out.

The recipe is great! My filling turned out a little gritty. I believe it's due to the carrots. I used a food processor to finely chop them but they may have needed to cook a bit longer than the onions and celery. Next time I will try cooking without the carrots. I did freeze them for later use so maybe this will help some.

Hi Barbara, thanks for your question. You can use any cut of venison that's suitable for stewing. The important thing is to cut the meat into similar size chunks and cook it long enough on a low heat for it to get tender.
